Content and intellectual property

What you see on SoraScore may be protected by one or more laws regarding intellectual property. Our service, products, data, and all content therein are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. SoraScore grants you a personal, worldwide, non-assignable license to use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. This license allows you to use SoraScore solely as permitted by these Terms.

Data usage and scraping

Use of the data, content, or any information displayed on SoraScore for any purpose, including but not limited to scraping, reproduction, redistribution, or commercial purposes, without the express written consent of SoraScore is strictly prohibited. This extends to the use of any automated system or software to extract data from SoraScore for commercial purposes (“screen scraping”).

Unauthorized use, replication, or redistribution of any of SoraScore's content, trademarks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features is strictly prohibited. The use of automatic services (robots, spiders, indexing, etc.), as well as other methods for systematic, regular, or bulk retrieval of data, is expressly forbidden.

Service use guidelines

You promise to use the service only for lawful purposes, and to not violate the rights of third parties. That includes the contact form: no spam, no abuse, and no knowingly false correction reports. We may block access for anyone who misuses the service.

Third-party content

SoraScore contains links to websites, services, content, and images that we don't own or control — including team crests, player photos, and outbound links. We don't necessarily endorse or assume responsibility for that stuff.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains our collection and use of information on the service. You consent to the information practices described in that policy as it may be updated from time to time.

Changes to our service

SoraScore is a dynamic product, always evolving and (hopefully) getting better. As a result, we may change, eliminate, or restrict access to our products or any part of our service at any time, for any reason, with or without advance notice. Live data feeds can also be delayed or wrong — scores are shown for information only.

SoraScore is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. SoraScore disclaims all warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SoraScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to, use of, inability to access, or inability to use SoraScore; (b) any third-party conduct or content on SoraScore; or (c) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of content.

Entire agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and SoraScore. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.

These Terms may be modified from time to time. The date of the most recent revision is always at the bottom of this page. If we make changes that substantially alter your rights, we will post a notice on our website. You agree to accept any changes by continuing to use SoraScore.
